This option prioritizes the most important moments, people, and details within a defined window of time. The package includes 1 photographer, an initial (2) hours of coverage, and roughly 100 digital images in a globally edited gallery with a release to fit your needs.

For organizations that need a complete visual story of the event, not simply a record of what happened.
Coverage is built around the full experience, including venue details, speakers, sponsors, candid interactions, branded moments, audience engagement, and the key people responsible for bringing the event together. The package includes 2 photographers, an initial (3) hours of coverage, and roughly 150 to 300 digital images in a globally edited gallery with a release to fit your needs.

Custom Event Production
For large-scale events that require expanded coverage, multiple locations, fast turnaround content, or a more complex production plan.
Your estimate may include full-day or multi-day coverage, multiple photographers, options for executive or VIP portraits, custom photo booths or guest activations, sponsor branded deliverables, step-and-repeat photography, same-day selections, and custom image licensing.

A small press event or executive reception may only require focused coverage, while a conference, gala, or corporate celebration may need several hours or a full production day. We will review your run of show and recommend the level of coverage required to tell the complete story without paying for unnecessary time.
How many hours of event photography do we need?
We build coverage around the full experience, not just the formal program. That includes the venue, décor, speakers, sponsors, branded details, guest interactions, audience reactions, awards, key attendees, and the unscripted moments that communicate the energy and purpose of the event. Beforehand, we will identify any notable guests, keynote speakers, partnerships, or required photographs in our shot list.
What will you photograph during our event?
Yes. South Atlanta Photography is based in Peachtree City and provides professional event photography throughout Metro Atlanta, including Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, East Cobb, Fayette County, Coweta County, and surrounding Georgia communities. Travel and production requirements are addressed during the estimate process.
